Description

Are you waiting for your life to start? Do you have trouble setting boundaries and saying no? Are you constantly making yourself small, holding back, and not saying what you really mean?

The key to reclaiming your Life and your Dignity is connecting with a potent force that flows inside you: Your Anger.

Most of us have spent our lives being told that it’s not ok to feel Anger—that it’s aggressive, dangerous, destructive, etc. This is an outdated map of Anger that keeps you numb and cuts you off from the most powerful source of energy and information for your life.

What you are angry about is what you care about. In this Rage Club, you will:

Connect with your Anger and remove conscious and unconscious blocks to feeling
Get out of your head and drop into your body
Speak while consciously feeling Anger at different intensities
Tap into your Anger so it can be used for conscious purposes
Use low-intensity Anger in your daily life (setting Boundaries; saying YES, NO, and STOP; making a decision; asking for what you want).

You’ve waited too long to step into your Aliveness and Power. Are you ready to play full out?

This is an in-person Rage Club in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn (off the Nostrand A). We meet on five Sundays, 3-5 pm ET: June 16 and 30 and July 14, 21, and 28.

COMMITMENT
Meet on five Sundays for 2 hours.
Participate in a weekly Emotional Healing Process (optional but highly encouraged).
Practice 3 minutes of anger 3 times a week.

EXCHANGE
Part of showing you are serious about Rage Club is investing in your growth in a material way. The exchange is a sliding scale of $100-250.

If you are curious about Rage Club and want to know more, you may attend a drop-in session on a sliding scale of $30-50.
