Dear Woman,

We were born and raised in the Patriarchy, a culture that navigates only with the mind and limits the possible vitality to reason.

This probably left its mark on you too; perhaps you learned to force yourself to go through this filter, to simply say, move and choose what made sense to the mind. Maybe you don't even realize you are limiting yourself in this way anymore, but you probably know in your heart that a way of living much more connected to your feelings, to vitality and to reality is possible right now.

I invite you, dear woman, you who are tired of pretending to be "okay," you who long for deeper intimacy and who burn to create the life in which you truly flourish.

You may not know what you really want or how to get there, and that is exactly the starting point of our journey together.

Anger, like any other feeling, is a neutral source of energy and information for your life. When you become aware of it, that is, when you are able to choose to raise and lower it as you wish, it becomes your best ally to: start things, stop them, change them, discover what you want, what you don't want and say it, recover your voice from the day someone taught you that you need permission to speak, to take risks, to choose at every moment what you give your attention to, to become consciously unreasonable because you are so much more than mind.

Patriarchy is dying, it is in our hands to co-create the culture in which we want to live. I invite you, dear woman, because your wild heart contains the piece that you and only you can bring to this new culture.
