Do you say yes to things, when you actually do not have an authentic yes? Do you hesitate to communicate your boundaries?

Deep down inside you might long to let it rip. You want to speak from your clarity, say what it is that you want and need, no matter what the other thinks.

In Rage Club we practice playing full out. We explore new territories.
It is not only about using your anger consciously or about using your voice.
It is about coming alive, having fun, trying things out, making messes and then cleaning them up.
