Have you ever felt your anger bubbling up, only to keep it down in order to keep the peace, or keep being a nice girl? Have you ever put someone first, taking care of them, to later resent them? Have you had a gut feeling and not followed it, to only be disappointed at yourself later?

Without access to your conscious anger, you are navigating a life of confusion, depression, ongoing frustration, low-energy, inability to cause change, and powerlessness. 

This Women’s Rage Club is a space to experience your anger as a source of CLARITY and PURPOSE rather than something to avoid. 

Through our Intro session and 4-week series, we’ll explore the power and intelligence of CONSCIOUS ANGER. This isn’t about losing control—it’s about RECLAIMING your anger to use it for setting healthy boundaries, reclaiming your dignity, expressing yourself fully, living with presence, speaking up, making a decision, and moving in your life from your own clarity. 

We will do this by practicing:
-feeling angry for no reason
-becoming more present
-saying No, and Yes, and Stop
-detecting, setting and holding boundaries
-saying what you want
-taking a stand for something

There is powerful alchemy happening when women come together to rage. We are a force of nature. Women's Rage, when matured and conscious, is the source of change! We are here to go first, to walk out of the status quo, shift out of the patriarchy, to cross the line, to reclaim our dignity as we liberate ourselves from the restrictive stories about who we are and what is possible. This only happens through connection and collaboration. Let's cross the line together. 

This is an invitation to experience and explore what it is to be a dignified adult Woman!
