Have you set a boundary - over and over again, and it just doesn't work?

Discover after a voice and body warm up the difference between setting a boundary from child, parent, and gremlin ego-state. Experience how much energy goes to those survival strategies and what you create unconsciously in your life.

With that clarity you will move into setting a boundary from your adult ego state - either with your mother or father. Many survival strategies come from patterns we learn as a child from our parents, it starts even in the womb - early on the possibility to hear develops and we listen how to communicate or to fight. This space will be one step out of your birth culture into the culture you want to live in.

Setting your boundary will happen in break out rooms with a maximum of 3 participants and 1 spaceholder.
