I am here to empower myself and others to live our lives in a way that is in touch with our hearts. But what does that mean? It means getting in touch with feelings. It means healing emotional wounds by feeling through emotions. It means becoming aware of old, perhaps outdated, decisions that shape life and what seems possible. It means taking the steps that are necessary to be able to take on radical responsibility and make new, life-affirming decisions. This is, what I hold space for.
