You have a Heart that the world needs to hear. You have a Path to choose. You have projects in you.

More and more humans are learning to use their feelings and emotions to become ever more radically alive, clear and real, with Integrity and Dignity. More and more Gaian humans are accessing more possibility for healing, transformation and purpose.

In Modern Culture you learned to swallow, deny, numb and repress your feelings and emotions then explode or implode when you could not.

In Rage Club you keep learning to notice, feel, and use anger, sadness, fear and joy consciously and responsibly for your life, relational spaces and for your work.

We will begin by letting our hearts speak, from our feelings. This is distinct from talking about feelings, explaining them or rationalizing them. We will explore together the difference between the feelings that come from the past and are about the past, and those that come from the present and are about the present. We will turn on our hearts.


The energy of Anger helps build a solid container for all of the feelings. It starts with reclaiming your personal authority, discovering and communicating authentic no's and yeses, and being present, centered, grounded.

Anger used unconsciously and irresponsibly compromises your personal integrity, your relationships and your work in the world.

Anger can also be used to create and regenerate aliveness, intimacy, integrity, clarity and collaborative co-creation.

Through Conscious Feelings Work you gain access to archetypal forces to become an agent of Love, Clarity, Possibility, Healing, Regeneration, Teamwork and more.
